Me Annabel E. Busbridge was admitted to the Quebec bar in 2014. She joined the litigation team at Bertrand Deslauriers following a year of voluntary service in Mali with Avocats sans frontières Canada. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience at a prominent class action law firm in Montreal. Me Busbridge represents clients who appear in front of a wide range of judicial bodies, including the Federal Court, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Tribunal Administratif du Quebec, and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Her academic credentials include an LL.B. and a J.D. from l’Université de Montréal, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and international relations from the University of British Columbia.
She served as a member of the Executive Committee of l’AQAADI (l’Association québecoise des avocats et avocates en droit de l’immigration) from 2021-2024, she regularly presents at conferences, and contributed as an author to Droit de l’immigration et de la citoyenneté, 2nd edition, published by Lexis Nexis.
