Denise has a law degree. A commercial and securities lawyer during many years, she now puts her knowledge to work for our clients in immigration matters. As member of the Litigation Group, her role is twofold; she acts as analyst and legal adviser in immigration files, and as legal technician in litigation cases or on cases that present specific problems. She works in close collaboration with the lawyers and immigration specialists acting more or less as intermediary between the Processing Group and the Litigation Group of the firm. She analyses the applications, meets clients when required, conduct legal researches and more generally responds to the needs of our clients. Denise is particularly involved with political refugees, humanitarian demands, pre-removal risk assessments and persons in distress. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
