Zied has been an immigration technician with a consulting immigration service firm since 2005. Zied joined Bertrand, Deslauriers’ Processing Group in August 2015. Zied’s role consists of guiding clients through the maze of Quebec skilled worker applications, student and temporary worker programs as well as family reunification programs. He assists applicants with the processing of their applications to ensure no detail is omitted. He handles all aspects of selection certificate files with the MIDI (the Quebec Immigration Department) and, later, with Immigration Canada for getting the immigrant visa that allows permanent residency. He follows up, updates with the immigration authorities and keeps the clients informed on the status of their applications. Zied is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Spanish, which facilitates communications with our numerous clients who speak these languages.
