Me Deslauriers, an attorney / MBA graduate, has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1981. Over the past 25 years and after practicing law in a large Canadian law firm, Me Deslauriers has acquired an extensive experience working as general counsel or legal adviser for innovation-driven small, mid-sized and large high-tech companies, world leaders in their fields, in a broad range of corporate, business, intellectual property legal matters. Me Deslauriers is part of the Business and Technology Group of the firm. In addition to serving the ongoing needs of his high-tech corporate customers, Me Deslauriers brings a unique contribution and legal support to investors and entrepreneurs under the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program, the Quebec Entrepreneur Program, and the Provincial Nominee Program offered in most of the Canadian provinces.  Me Deslauriers contributes to the insertion of business expertise, foreign capital, know-how and technologies in existing and new Canadian companies.
